The Spanish tapas tradition was that taverns would not be allowed to serve alcohol to customers unless it was accompanied by a small snack or "tapa."
Vice has curated a well-travelled tapas menu for all our taverns to let them enjoy their drinks with "tapa" on the side while they enjoy the tunes of our high-energy bar experience.
